A passion for maths is certainly helpful but is definitely not a pre-requisite for being a top accountant and neither necessarily is a degree.

Whilst having A level Maths or an accountancy and finance degree is certainly helpful, we also look for other qualities and value other qualifications and degrees too.

We make sure our trainees receive the training they need to be successful in their chosen career path, that means not only do we ensure trainees have a dedicated buddy to guide them through their chosen professional qualification, they also receive mentoring from one of our partners, chosen by them, to help with any aspect of their progression, training and soft skills.

We ensure all team receive bespoke inhouse personal development training through the lifecycle of their career which will supports their growth with the firm. This coupled with the first class in-house technical training provided ensures our trainees receive the all-round skills required to be the best they can.


Actively engaging with our trainees is key- it gives them the comfort that they have our full backing as they tackle some of the most difficult qualifications out there. Exams are only part of it, my job is to nurture each individual ensuring they get well rounded exposure in their chosen field.
