Corporate social responsibility

Alongside our regular work as accountants and tax advisors, we are committed to delivering great results in the communities in which we work and live.

Our great people give back to some of the most vulnerable people and groups in our society.

In the past, we have supported several good causes, including children’s charity Miracles, Resources for Autism, and currently work with many groups, such as Colindale Foodbank.

Our 2026 ESG Goals

During 2026, we’re narrowing our ESG efforts to four key areas:

Our Charity of the Year

We will be supporting North London Hospice as our Charity of the Year!

This registered charity has been supporting local people since 1984, offering specialist care to those with life-limiting illnesses.

Our staff member Mark Salim has a close connection with the charity and is raising money personally for the north London Hospice which staff have donated to.

Mark is taking part in the cold waters of the Parliament Hill Lido as part of the “The Cold Water Dip” on 28 February 2026.

By taking on the Cold Water Dip, Mark will be raising funds to support patients and families across the community.

Every brave step into that cold water helps them provide expert, compassionate end-of-life care to those who need it most.

This charity have been a great support during a challenging time for Mark’s family.

We have big plans to raise even more money and awareness throughout the year!

Time to make a difference

We believe your job shouldn’t stand in the way of you making a difference.

So, we encourage each member of our team to take a paid day off each year to volunteer for a charity of their choice.

Trees for our fees

As active members of Net Zero Now, we’re committed to making the necessary changes to ensure our firm meets the Net Zero target by 2030.

Alongside making small changes to our internal processes, from recycling initiatives to paperless operations, we will also be planting four trees for each client we onboard in 2025!

Putting well-being centre stage

Mental health should always be a priority, especially in the workplace.

We currently have three trained Mental Health First Aiders and are committed to providing Mental Health, Stress Awareness and Anxiety Awareness Training for all our team members.

We also have a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme including access to the DigiCare+ app, which provides health, counselling and financial support.

We are also proud to be a member of the Menopause and Mensturation Friendly organisation holding regular Health café’s sharing knowledge and experiences

This support helps keep our people great, so that they can deliver great results
