One of London’s leading accountancy firms, Grunberg, part of the Xeinadin Group, has welcomed two new members to its growing team.
Hinali Shah joins the firm as an Audit Senior, where she will lead the preparation of statutory accounts and audit fieldwork for a wide portfolio of clients across sectors, including publishing, manufacturing, retail, investment management, professional services and charities.
Hinali brings more than a decade of experience in financial reporting and statutory accounts, alongside over four years of audit experience.
Commenting on her appointment, Hinali said, “I am looking forward to joining the Grunberg team and working closely with clients across a range of industries.
“My focus is on delivering clear, reliable audit work that helps clients feel confident in their reporting and decision-making. Building trusted relationships is important to me and I am excited to bring that approach to the firm.”
Also joining the firm is Rob Watts, who takes on the role of Accounts Manager.
Rob is a qualified accountant with more than 14 years of experience across small owner-managed firms, mid-tier practices and a top ten accountancy firm.
In his role, Rob will act as a primary point of contact for clients, overseeing year-end compliance and providing ongoing advisory support to help businesses manage growth, risk and performance.
“My goal is to help our clients focus on the most important parts of their business while supporting both their commercial and personal objectives,” said Rob.
“I take pride in developing junior colleagues and helping them grow into trusted advisers, which feels especially important given the economic uncertainty many SMEs are facing at the moment.
