As an Audit and Accounts Assistant, I support clients by contributing to the preparation of year-end accounts and assisting with audit work. While working towards finalising my AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting, I’m gaining valuable hands-on experience that strengthens both my technical skills and my understanding of client needs.
Looking ahead, I plan to pursue the ACA qualification to continue developing my expertise and progress toward becoming a Chartered Accountant. This ongoing learning enhances the quality of my work, developing my critical thinking and judgement, enabling me to adapt my approach to differing circumstances.
I take pride in my attention to detail, which ensures my audit work is thorough, detailed and rigorous, identifying and resolving issues to meet each client’s expectations. I believe that building trust through open, confident and effective communication is key to successful outcomes, whether I’m collaborating with colleagues or engaging directly with clients.
I’m motivated by the opportunity to grow professionally and to deliver work that adds real value to our clients’ businesses.
