About
I have many years of experience working in credit control, having started my career in the credit control department of a kitchen distribution company, where I progressed to become Group Credit Controller.
I have been with Grunberg & Co since 2012, taking a proactive role in the management and collection of debts for the company.
I oversee the collection of customer accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, helping to resolve financial queries and assisting with payment plans to ensure the timely payment of invoices.
Approach to work
I provide a calm and supportive approach, working closely with the Partners to find a workable solution for all.
