Ten members of staff from Top 100 accountancy firm, Grunberg & Co, are preparing themselves for a terrifying trek through London to raise money for their chosen charity of the year, Resources for Autism.
The team of walkers will join hundreds of other ghoulish guests who will be dressed as their favourite Halloween characters to complete the 15km walk around central London on 27 October 2018.
With Zombie Zumba and a hot meal at the end, there will be plenty to keep the team or ten going during the walk, which will help the firm raise money for its charity of the year, which provides practical support to children and adults with an autistic spectrum condition and those who care for them.
The team includes Michelle Dryer, Sarah Dorey, Robert Bean, Shail Phlora, Nimesh Patel, Asha Kara, Gerry Dooley, Charu Makwana, Win Mar Thant and Kay Ganesh.
Speaking ahead of the event, Robert Bean, Managing Partner at the firm, said: “We are all really looking forward to taking on the Halloween Walk this month.
“The route should take us through some of London’s oldest haunts and there should be some fun activities along the way. However, our main goal is to keep raising money for Resources for Autism, who do such fantastic work.”
To date, Grunberg & Co has raised nearly £4,500 for the charity but has high hopes of soon reaching its annual target of £7,500.
