Accountants Grunberg & Co join the Heart of the City

Grunberg & Co - Accountants London

North London accountancy firm, Grunberg & Co, has been welcomed as one of the latest members of the Heart of the City network.

Formed to improve corporate responsibility in the capital, Heart of the City encourages businesses to achieve positive impacts through their activities on the environment, consumers, employees, shareholders, communities and all other members of the public.

A long-time proponent of Corporate Social Responsibility, Grunberg & Co decided to cement its position by joining this prestigious group, which includes some of the UK’s leading listed companies.

The firm’s recent community work includes supporting Resources for Autism as its chosen charity for 2018 – having raised nearly £10,000 for Great Ormond Street Hospital last year.

Robert Bean, Managing Partner at Grunberg & Co, said: “At Grunberg & Co we have always had a close connection with the communities in which we work and live – supporting a number of organisations and charities over the years.

“Through our membership of Heart of the City we are re-affirming our commitment to help people across London by being a socially responsible employer and business.”

Robert added that clients valued its position as an ethically-minded firm, with many commenting how it reflected the firm’s generally supportive and friendly approach to providing professional services.

“We look forward to proving ourselves worthy of our position in this organisation, which continues to drive an exemplary outlook amongst some of London’s largest companies,” added Robert.

Heart of the City is the UK’s largest responsible business network, providing companies in London the tools to improve society and helping them to develop their corporate social responsibility programmes.

As part of its membership of the network, Grunberg & Co will benefit from support from a responsible business mentor and gain access to interactive workshops to further expand its corporate social responsibility programme.
